The Silver Swans are a group of fabric artists, crafters, and quilters who come together in friendship to create fabric art and quilted items for the Nature Sanctuary. This group of volunteers meet weekly to design and create a variety of beautiful items, such as linens, quilts, felted birds, tea cozies, and more. While the group focuses on their crafts, their initial seeds were sown in friendship and they have stitched their community together through many challenges and triumphs.

We respect the vital relationships of First Peoples with these lands and waters for countless generations. We are honoured to receive Indigenous guidance and welcome collaboration in stewardship and appreciation of the Nature Sanctuary.
