Help, inspire and play...for Nature! Education Assistants serve a vital role in supporting nature education programs at the Nature Society. They function in a variety of roles including assistance in classroom management and program delivery while helping create an engaging, safe and welcoming environment. This role has direct interaction with children and vulnerable populations & a CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK is required.

  • Play! through crafting, nature walks, & imaginative learning (under staff direction)
  • Help! create a safe and welcoming learning environment for all.
  • Inspire! children to appreciate the natural world around them
  • Promote! Sanctuary mission and values by using materials and supplies responsibly.
